About Colleen: A qualified health professional with over 30 years' experience as a rehabilitation consultant and experienced health and lifestyle coaching.

Colleen offers:

  • Significant and extensive Rehabilitation Counselling across psychological and physiological claims;

  • Goal-Oriented Health Coaching: Assisting participants to set and achieve goals related to health, wellness, and disability management, focusing on empowerment;

  • Extensive exposure to non-compensable referrals (lifestyle and health management including client goals; improving resilience; general health management etc.);

  • Significant Vocational/Redeployment experience, inclusive of own business, CW Employment Solutions first of its kind in Tasmania;

  • Chronic Disease/Condition Management: Supporting participants to manage chronic health conditions that are impacted by their disability.

Jake manages: all aspects of the business relating to financial and administrative aspects including:

  • Tender management;

  • Information technology advice and management;

  • Accounting, database; bank/account reconciliation;

  • Assisting the Director with any strategic financial decisions and human resources processes;

  • Risk and Governance;

  • Liaison with the accountant on financial matters and provide advisory support to the Director.

About Rachael: a senior rehabilitation counsellor with significant skills and experience.

Rachael offers:

  • Over 20 years’ experience working within Occupational Rehabilitation;

  • Extensive experience in the management of various physical and psychological claims across varied industries;

  • Significant experience with the rehabilitation of first responders focusing on trauma, PTSD and physiological aspects;

  • Understanding in the above framework, Evidence based clinical programs and the importance of rehabilitation milestone planning to achieve effective supports;

  • Compession fatigue rehabilitation management knowledge in the support of specific professionals e.g. nurses and teachers to facilitate recovery.


Qualifications:
Bachelor of Social Work (1999).

About Natalie: With extensive experience as a social worker and expertise in complex assessments and significant goal setting/planning, Natalie’s support for clients is provided through active listening, adaptive problem solving and critical thinking, solutions-focussed counselling, and reflective practice.

Natalie offers:

  • Strengths perspective and solutions - focussed practice;

  • Goal Setting, planning and accountability;

  • Multi - Factor - complex assessments;

  • Adaptive Problem solving and critical thinking skills;

Diploma in Financial Planning; Certificate 3 in Individual Support (Home and Community); Certificate 4 in Leadership and Management; Certificate 4 in Chaplaincy and Pastoral care (ongoing study). 

About Lisa: A highly organised and empathetic support professional with extensive experience in client-facing roles across disability services, healthcare-adjacent environments, and administration. Lisa's strengths are community participation; participant engagement, and NDIS administration. Lisa is an experienced Support Worker and NDIS Administrator.  Her role within our team is to help you throughout your NDIS journey. Caring and easy to talk with, Lisa will support you to build confidence and empower you to be more independent. She can also help you better understand your plan and support you to use your budget in ways that helps you work towards and/or achieve your goals.  

Lisa offers (working within the NDIS space):

  • Standard peer support  - With a goal orientated focus to help participants identify their strengths, set personal wellness goals, and utilise the tools available in their NDIS plans (remote support across Australia);

  • Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages facilitating decision-making processes, goal setting, mentoring, and connecting participants with support networks (remote support across Australia);

  • Capacity building - improved life choices - helps participants build the financial and organisational skills needed to independently manage their supports (remote support across Australia);

  • Assistance with decision making - assist NDIS participant’s skills and or capacity for independence (remote support across Australia).

Lisa is currently studying Chaplaincy.  It compliments her role/s as a Support Worker and NDIS Administrator, by strengthening her communication, empathy and relationship building skills.
